One of my favorite quotes that I read often. It keeps me focused and reconfirms my belief in myself!
I agree. The fear of being so powerful and successful often hold us back. Imagine and live life like you already are powerful and successful and you will become what you imagine.
What are the true facts about HAMP. Why can some get it and most of us can’t? I can’t play this game and we certainly do not want to be on the street because of lies by the bank. My philosophy is “I hate everybody and don’t trust anyone. My age gives me the right to say this and many experiences of taking someone’s word.
I am so angry and feel lost and confused at this point. We had been approved for a trail modification in October 2010. We successfully completed the three month pymts, when we went to continue the fourth month to pay we were told by a rep of Chase bank that they could not accept pymt because they were locked out of thier system. They also stated that if they were to accept pymt it would throw off the numbers for the final modification approval. We have could for the last three months to found out the status of th mod. Everytime we call we get different information. One rep told us that the mod was approved in February and that the final modification approved paperwork was being delayed in the escalating dept. Now, I don’t know what all that means? then we told oh I don’t know who told you to stop making the trail pymts. Now while Chase is playing thier little games…we just got served with a summons notice for foreclosure. I have to answer within 30 days. What I am I suppose to tell the judge. I am so scared of losing my house. What do I do

It is normal for the foreclosure process to continue while being processed for HAMP. This is normal and doesn’t mean its not being processed. I know its confusing.
Take good notes and arrange all yoy facts for presentation to the judge showing your good faith.
Meanwhile write a detailed escalation letter to Chase – and send to Jaime Dimon at the Executive office at Chase send overnight and cc the treasury department – hamp escalations, your congressman, senator and governor-
Stand tall – put your faith in the Holy Spirit and pray for guidance-
